How to Sow Paradiso Yellow Echinacea Seeds

Sow the seeds from January to June into pots or trays in a greenhouse or on a windowsill at 18-21C. Lightly cover the seed with vermiculite and keep slightly moist but not over wet.        

What to do Next

Transplant seedlings into 7.5cm (3in) pots. Then once plants are large enough to handle, gradually harden off before planting outside into borders at 30 x 30cm (12x12in) spacings. Flowers will appear from July onwards.

Handy Tip

Plants will be slightly taller in the second year once established.
