Leaf Beet Swiss Chard
Leaf Beet seeds - Swiss Chard is also sometimes called Seakale beet. It produces a bushy plant with glossy dark leaves and a thick white rib. Use the deep green leaves in place of spinach in various recipes. The white mid-ribs are delicious when cooked like asparagus. Pick young leaves regularly for constant cropping.
