Tomato San Marzano Seeds

DISCONTINUED

Buy San Marzano tomatoes UK from Kings.

San Marzano are a long plum shaped, heirloom variety grown specifically for bottling, cooking or making tomato sauces and purees, because of their deliciously dry and meaty texture. They grow to around 7cm long and have deep red skins. They grown on indeterminate vines which will require staking, and are an open polinated variety which breeds true tomatoes. They originate from a small town called San Marzano in Italy, which is where the name comes from. These tomatoes have a medium late maturity. Reach maturity in 16-18 weeks.
