Okra Seeds

You may be asking yourself, 'What is Okra?' Also known as Bhindi or Ladies Finger. Okra is a green coloured oriental vegetable that contains seeds. It can be stir-fried, steamed or grilled and used in soups or casseroles to help thicken them, or eaten as a side dish. It is commonly used in Indian cuisines.
