Also known as "Lincolnshire Spinach". The leaves of Good King Henry are arrow shaped and can be used as an alternative to spinach hence its other name, and the young shoots can be used as an alternative to asparagus. This can be sown in spring or early autumn and reaches a height of about 60cm.
