Vine Weevil Control Nematodes Low Temperature 5°+ (Treats up to 10m²)
The adult vine weevil feeds at night during the summer months, producing notches in the edges of leaves. Its’ larvae are creamy white, 'C' shaped grubs with a brown head. They vary in length from 1-10mm. The larvae feed on the roots of a wide range of ornamental plants and fruit crops. Signs of infection include weak growth, wilting or death of plants. They may be found in compost or soil from August to May. The parasitic nematode Steinernema kraussei, is used as a non-chemical means of control.
