Desiree is an excellent red type that boasts a strong flavour. It is a waxy potato that is good for exhibition use. It is a very drought resistant Main variety and has a fair resistance to scab and blight. as well as being a heavy cropper. Desiree is a good choice for general purpose cooking.
Potatoes will be despatched from mid January to mid March, depending when the order is placed.
A £4.00* carriage charge will be applied to potato orders.
